The Theatre design draws inspiration from the ancient Colosseum in Rome. Located near the Forum Shops, it is connected to the casino. Here are the key features:

• Venue Dimensions: The theatre has a diameter of 256 ft, with the rotunda positioned 120 ft above the floor.
• Stage: The stage spans 22,450 sq ft and boasts a proscenium arch measuring 45 ft in height and 120 ft in width (one of the world’s largest stage openings).
• Audio and Visual: It was designed with 180,000 watts of amplification and 139 speakers. Additionally, a 120-foot-wide by 40-foot-tall LED screen (manufactured by Mitsubishi Diamond Vision) enhances the experience, adding $10 million to the construction budget. The video screen creates the illusion of 3D stage scenery.
• Motorized Stage Lifts: The stage incorporates ten motorized stage lifts, constituting 75 percent of the stage area.
• Intimate Setting: Unlike the Colosseum in Rome, this theatre was intentionally built with an intimate setting, with the furthest seating positioned 120 ft from the stage.
• Acoustical Panels: To enhance intimacy, the venue features 200 acoustical panels for controlled amplified sound.

The resort includes 2,700 hotel rooms, 5 roof top villas, 24 fairway villas, a spa, multiple restaurants, a 72,000 square foot retail area, a189,000 square foot casino, a 2,000 seat theater, a 1,200 seat Broadway style theater, 290,000 square feet of convention/meeting space, a night club, a resort pool, a 2,000 space self-parking garage and 400,000 square feet of valet parking on two basement levels.  The project also includes the Lake of Dreams water feature and the Wynn Golf Course.  This project was completed at a total construction cost of $2.7 billion; a $300 million convention expansion also added.

Encore Las Vegas is located adjacent to Wynn Las Vegas and includes a2,000 room hotel tower, a spa, multiple restaurants, a night club, a beach club, a resort pool area and a European pool built over a basement level containing back of the house functions, a 74,000 square foot casino, 60,000square feet of convention/meeting space, 27,000 square feet of retail space, valet parking on three basement levels, a 2,500 space self-park garage and a 1,250space employee parking garage.  This project was completed at a total construction cost of $2.3 billion.

The Wynn Plaza is a 70,000 square foot luxury retail mall interconnected with Wynn and Encore on the Las Vegas Strip, with offerings including dining,clothing, shoes and home ware.  This project was completed in 2019 at a total cost of $30 million.

2.2M square foot expansion of the One Barangaroo Crown Sidney.  Located in the coastal town of Perth, Australia, the project included a 22-story, 400 room cast in place post-tension concrete hotel and a steel podium expansion containing a car park, convention center expansion and dining.
