A multi-tenant office building for The Howard Hughes Corporation within the master planned area of Downtown Summerlin and opened in fall of 2018.  The building is 153,000 square feet in six stories with precast panels. The precast panels were designed by a specialized precast company based on the loads provided by this office to resist lateral loads. The project also included a 3-level precast parking garage.

The project included the design and detailing of a 165,000 square foot, three level facility that included two levels of office space, a warehouse and a studio/training building constructed of concrete tilt-up walls, steel columns and joist and braced frames.
